Job Description
Carden Christian Academy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-Time Teacher to instruct students in 3rd and 4th grade. The ideal candidate will foster academic excellence, character development, and spiritual growth while creating an engaging and structured classroom environment aligned with Christian values.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Education preferred)
- 3 years of experience teaching upper elementary or middle grades

Responsibilities
- Prepare lesson plans aligned with grade-level standards
- Teach and deliver engaging grade level lessons
- Assess student understanding and progress
- Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment
Compensation: Salary negotiable starting at $19 per hour
